Vintage 1970s dress

Couture vintage Peggy Barker dress features a striking floral pattern with pink flowers and green leaves on a black background. It includes a notched collar and long cuffed sleeves. Gorgeous lapel broach on front pocket. Dress has side pockets! Vintage size 16 but please see measurements. Current sizing probably a 10-12. Colorful yellow snaps and minimal shoulder pads which can easily be removed. Laid back 70’s dreamy charm.
