What is the back measurement (neck to top of fringe? Also any spots or stains, rips or tears? thanks

@catsfavs Hi there. I added some additional photos of the measurements. The neck to the top of the fringe measures approximately 28" and to the bottom of the fringe measures approximately 36". I carefully overlooked the item and it is in very good condition. I do not see any obvious flaws or tears. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. 🙂
