Vintage 80s Silk Party Blouse‎ with Sequins

This pretty and funky Top by Don Vita is in fair condition as it has a hole at the right armpit as shown. I think that perhaps the elastic thread that cinches the waist could be replaced if you are a better seamstress than I and it would give the waistband a more fitted look.
