LOFT Cotton White Blue Floral Print Pencil Skirt

Nice quality cotton white pencil skirt with side slits in a navy blue floral print. Only worn a handful of times. Note the material on the inside of the waist kind of pops out but that can be easily folded back into place using an iron.
