spkarolak It does not hang loose; it's close to the body, but not tight. It is silk and nylon so clingy and a little stretchy. I tried it on and it hugged my breasts and fell into the waist. But, it's not tight. Feels comfortable and it's mostly silk! Let me know. Thanks for shopping.
