WAYF Dusty Blue Floral Dress - flaw

ptp: 16" waist: 13" length: 34" A popular Nordstrom rack brand, WAYF. size: small brand new with tags layered bottom and smocked waist and sleeves unfortunately, there is still the ink security tag on it! I bought it second hand and didn't realize the tag was on it till later!! if you have a way to take it off, it's yours for an amazing price!
