For any ladies searching for a coat, I tried it on and it fits like my XXL (im a 5'5 204lb woman) and the length is perfect. The condition is like new because I never wore it out. 3 in 1 Parka Jacket Retail: $1250, and I've seen lots of resell in the low $300 range. This parka WILL NOT come with the inner puffer down jacket so price reflects that. shabutta88 @ryanms476 i just posted some new pics to show how I got my measurements just in case anyone measures differently but I got 25" for Arm length as well as Pit to Pit, and 34" for coats overall length. Thanks for checking out my listing.

shabutta88 @ryanms476 like new,Excellent condition. I've tried it on but never wore it out. I did lots of retail therapy while pregnant and this was one of the items I could have left 🙃. its way too big for me now. keep in mind the down jacket that originally comes with this 3 in 1 parka is not included. it doesn't affect the function of the coat but that's why I priced it low. This coat is flawless
