Vintage Hudson's Bay Company 4 Point Blanket Coat The ultimate iconic jacket, this is an heirloom statement piece, passed down among generations, this coat has clearly been well loved and cared for in proper storage. Simply beautiful Unisex Size Medium (oversized fit) 100% wool 4 point featured undercollar all original buttons intact cream with green, red, yellow, navy stripes and 4 point under the collar 4 pockets, double breasted Mackinaw, long line from a 1930's ad- "Bold Stripes are in the rich glowing colors only really fine wool takes. Soft, thick, fleecy, about the warmest jacket you can buy! Double Breasted with big convertible button up collar, roomy flap pockets, good looking buttons, belt and buckle" Made in Canada Weighs 5lbs 6 oz Condition notes- as stated on dry cleaner's tag, the stains were examined and can not be removed with out potentially damaging the coat- (cleaned on Dec 1, 2023) there is a general patina to the wool and some spots have discoloration, simply from age, yellowing is common, structurally this coat is in fabulous condition, satin lining is fully intact with one discoloration mark to it (lining photo shows), places patina stands out to me on flap of left pocket, and on belt, less noticeable on the statement convertible collar.
