mizooco @lovecarissaann ok. I just got home. They measure 12.5” flat…but will stretch to about 13.5” comfortably. I’m normally a size 6, and I can get them on, zipped etc. just not room for me to feel comfortable. If that helps. I think they would be good for 2-4 jean size. Hope this helps.
