Vintage 1970s Perri-Ann Floral Ruffle Collar Maxi Dress. Semi sheer. Deep V neck. Empire waist with interior drawstring to cinch it in a bit. Bright floral over navy base. Double layered on top. Quite sheer when in sun. Was probably originally a nightgown, but could be worn as a dress. Tag blurred and not readable. Vintage S so please check measurements carefully prior to purchasing. No other known flaws.
