Shoulders tie at the top of the shoulder and can be adjusted. Elastic right under the cups. Chiffon fabric printed with the floral design. Lined to knee length so nothing shows through. The color palette of blush base with orange, yellow and mauve flowers is absolutely PERFECT for spring and summer.
