It will have minor signs of wear. The wear is extremely, & I mean EXTREMELY minor. The magnetic closure shows minor scratches from use, as expected. The bottom metal "feet" have wear, as expected. The interior lining has minor discoloration along bottom that I would say is still pretty darn clean (looks like transfer from leather)! Some signs of wear on leather that are only noticable when pointed out, being so tiny. I haven't attempted to treat the leather & I'm sure that would remedy/disguise it, although I do not believe at all necessary. Sold AS IS.
