honeymitch @marleyme519 thank you for shopping my closet! And I am so sorry I missed your questions before!! The top is brand new with the tag still on. There is no damage to it. And the measurement, from pit to pit, is 16 inches. But the top has a lot of stretch to it and that measurement is without me stretching the top at all. Please let me know if you have additional questions!
