Looks like it maxs out at 19” flat when stretched. Length 42.5” from top of shoulder strap flat to bottom of dress. Or, approximately 36.5” from top of backside bodice to bottom of dress. It would be fun to wear to art shows and festivals. I’m not sure if it has ever been worn. When I ordered from the sweet Posher @osakagirl (I highly recommend you look at her outstanding closet!) she included it with the items I ordered. Alas, I’m downsizing, for an easier move.
