vouvou30 Hello. Thank you for your interest . These pumps do not run large. This is not the case for Louboutin shoes, in general , as I have 4 pairs. I would say they run closer to true to size and depending on your foot size , may be slightly narrow at the front. That is why I have provided a measurement for the front width .
