Like new and includes belt loops and pockets!Beautiful 50’s style print. Black waist tie not included. Of note: Brand new out of the package, there were some minor dye discoloration on the bodice but they’re barely visible. I think it is a fabric design issue from the orange flowers rubbing on the pale part of the bodice. I ordered another identical dress and it had the same issue. Please see photos for how it looks under different lighting conditions. Dress has been washed and there are no further issues with dye discoloration. Size s/4. Bust - 34”, waist - 27”.
