This is a lightweight floral blouse from Express. Done in black, red, and white, the blouse has a v-neck with a working zipper beneath it. The long sleeves have an inside tab so they can be worn up or down. Size XS, the chest is approx 18” so it does run generous. The length is about 26”. Very good preowned condition, no rips or stains.
