These shorts are size 18 made by Lee. They are new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. They have elastic at the back and sides of the waist, belt loops, zips and buttons in the front, has two front pockets and two back pockets. They are made with 98% cotton and 2% spandex and machine washable. Very nice shorts.
