trendsbybb @emma_winans hello! I can't thank you enough for your patience. My husband was discharged this evening. The last 3 days have been a blur. Yes these are women's 8.5 C - ( narrow) They do run just a little on the big side. I think there is some flexibility depending on the thickness of the sock you wear. They measure 11 inches from the back of heel to tip of toe. I hope that answers your questions. These are super cute boots
