What are the length and waist measurements? stretch? thanks

@missingsoho from top of strap to hem it is 52 inches. Waist is 14 inches relaxed. There is an elastic panel in the back and it stretches to 20 inches across bust and waist when pulled/stretched. I absolutely adore this dress!!!
