The 28 no longer fits me around the thighs & likely hips due to muscle gain & there's no stretch in the fabric. I love these so much but after gaining an inch of muscle on my legs I literally cannot get them up. They are GOOD, w/ natural aging due to defects in the faux leather regardless of having worn these sparingly the faux leather has cracked & fallen off in places. No clue why and it's heartbreaking because I've literally had these in one of those 'tuxedo' storage bags. Most of this peeling is around the metal clasps. The cloth parts are mint. The pocket it comes with is detachable and mint. Q's? Make your ask! My measurements: 6ft, 32" inseam, these hit the floor w/o shoes, low rise. Fit me when I had 36-38"hip glute area & 20-21" thighs. My thighs now are 21-22", hip glute area 37-40".
