Brand new with tags and packaging. I purchased this on final sale thinking it would be like a windbreaker type material but it is much better and heavier - in fact too warm and heavy a fabric for where I live in S FL ! I simply won’t get to wear it except for a couple times a year if the temps drop- it’s too awesome to sit in the closet for the other 360 days of the year so I’m listing it here in case anyone is looking for it!
