Rare Vintage Antique Toddler Leather Square Toe Western Cowboy Boots Collectible 3 Toddler size 3 Featuring a distinctive light-colored four-leaf clover cutout design on the shaft of each boot and punched out details along the top edge. From what I found the heel is an old replacement marked ITS for International I.T.S. Rubber Company in Elyria, Ohio which operated around the first part of the 1900s.
