Great condition! Smoke and pet free home. No rips or tears. Does have a small untreated stain on hem that may come out with Oxiclean. I wear it tucked in so it’s not noticeable. May have a loose thread that can be trimmed with fabric scissors. Otherwise, no flaws found. Offers welcome!
