The Sak clutch crossbody wallet/purse in suede with man made materials

The Sak zippered clutch/crossbody purse/ wallet. Nice neutral colors, most of purse is genuine suede, straps and inner areas are man made faux leather material. Zippered compartment inside that could hold coins. Slots for cards as well as compartments for cash. New with tags, but please see photos, the accent tassel on side has a peeled area, but this doesn’t seem to be anywhere else on this item.
