Smoke-free home. Nine west. Heel is about 4" to 4.5" high. Bought from The nine West store. No zipper. Most of the boot is brown suede but from the ankle to the toe it's brown leather. Absolutely gorgeous boots.

@jeniferroe the outside of the heel is 4" and then from the inside of the heel it's 3" from the heel to the top of the boot measures 19" (with the heel being 4"of that). and then it's still stuffed with styrofoam. but it measures about 7 and 1/2 in across the top. when I take the styrofoam out it goes to 8" /. these are fabulous boots. please let me know if you have any other questions.
