Albert Nipon vintage black cocktail dress. This unique 100% silk dress features a sheer top with a button closure at the neck. The 3/4 length sleeves end in pleats and crystal buttons. There is a pleated band at the waist and falls to a pencil skirt with a pleat. Fully lined and a placket back zipper. And it has pockets!!!
