Gray fabric, pre-owned, used once or twice, and in good condition. Feels like kind of a textured windbreaker type material and is lightweight. Has the main section and four outside pockets and a side pouch (pic 13 & 14). Three of the outside pockets are zippered, one has a magnetic closure. The front zip pocket has RFID. The side pouch uses both velcro and a magnet. Inside the main section there is a small zipper section and a keychain thing. I have taken pics of each of the pockets. The strap is adjustable so you can change the length (pic 12) and use it as a crossbody bag or shoulder bag. The bottom length of the purse is about 11-12" and the top (at the zipper) is about 9 1/2". From the bottom to the top is about 8". I forgot to measure the strap, but if you'd like to know that, please let me know.
