Long sleeve sweatshirt, light blue and navy blue striped. Crew neck with fitted waist and wrists, giving a more fitted and sophisticated look to a comfortable top.   Sweatshirt is in excellent condition. There are some printing design flaws, where there are very small navy dots in light blue stripes (see photos with penny for examples).
