CP SHADES 1980s Vintage Navy Velvet Sleeveless Button Up Top Vest - NEVER WORN!

This has never been worn! It's vintage perfection. The color is absolutely stunning. There are two small pockets on the bottom in front. This is from the 1980s, purchased in San Francisco when that was the only store! Soft and luxurious. The size is Small, but could fit up to Large! Very roomy and flowy. Bust - 21" across (pit to pit) Length - 25 1/4" long
