The top portion of the dress has a band of elastic on the edge, which is super stretchy. It will stretch out to a maximum of 18 inches. The length is right around 50 inches. It’s a bubble top with elastic under the bust line. There is also a liner that goes partway down to prevent it from being see-through. The liner is super stretchy.
