NEVA Navy Blue Floral Print Off-Shoulder Maxi Dress

Worn for a few hours. No outter tags. Size tag in dress intact. Lined halfway down dress. Smoke free house. No stains. Perfect condition. Tiny flowers colors range from a black background to rose and green a little red. I am honestly confused as to why it has the word navy in the title of the dress. to me it's black. There's not a bit of navy in the dress. It doesn't look as "patchwork" as it does in the photos- The prints blend together beautifully. Perfect draping dress
