Urban Outfitters Neon Green Stretch Lace Sheer Maxi Dress

This is meant for streetwear following the trend of sheer layering over whatever you want! but I purchased this to wear as part of a fairy Halloween costume and decided on something else a different color -This has never been worn and still has tags. The dress is very comfortable to wear because it is a nice quality soft stretch lace material. If nobody purchases this I wont be sad!
