Chanel Vintage 1954 Belt/Necklace with Chanel Box Green lambskin leather woven through gold plated chains. Classic, triple row, draping front with fixed CC Chanel 31 Rue Cambon medallions at each side. A long chain extends from one side with a dangling removable medallion at the end. The design allows for the hook closure to be placed at any length of the long chain that you wish.
