racull12 ,....In a pic you have of the backs of the heels on these shoes, it looks like the back of the heels could be scuffed up ?,... I am hoping it is more so an issue with a glare from the pic being taken ? Oh well, either way, great looking shoes, I am always thrilled to find these styles of Ariat shoes in good condition,... tracietimmerman @racull12 I think it’s just the glare. I inspected them and conditioned the leather. But, I will look them over again and ensure there are none.

racull12 I was a food server for 20 years, and back then my go to brand of shoes was Dansko,... Nice shoes, but the older models/ styles of Dansko had issues of the soles breaking down, and or, spitting in half, on the bottoms of the soles,... Too, they were heavy soles,... When I found Ariat shoes/ clogs, I was thrilled, as they are a better fit for me, and yes , the quality is wonderful,...! Plus I have sort of hard to fit feet, as I have high arches, the Ariats fit me perfectly !

racull12 ,....I would assume it is a glare, as the shoes look to be in wonderful condition,... But if they are scuffed, maybe I can find a "Jerry-rig" fix for that,... Like, I did recently buy a semi-gloss , like, sealer paint,...( so if they are scuffed, maybe the semi gloss coat stuff could camouflage the issue,...).

racull12 Huh ?,....maybe these clogs are scuffed, or there is an issue with the finish on the back heels,..?. I just tried on the pair I own, and they are in great looking condition, except on one back heel it has a dull spot,... I noticed that the soles on this particular style of Ariat shoes is very shiny,... So maybe with them being so shiny, they have an issue with that finish,..

tracietimmerman @racull12 it could be from the conditioner that I applied before the pictures. I cleaned them and used a soft rag but will check them over again before shipping.

racull12 Sorry, I think I am over thinking things,... I just want you to know that even if the backs of the heels do look scuffed, or the finish is off of them, I do still want these shoes,... Even if there are issues with this particularly shiny finish on this particular style of shoes, I don't think it will be a big issue for me,...( heck, I tend to wear my jeans on the longer side, people probably would not even see the heels on these shoes ),..
