ksuccop @celestew76 hi - it’s more beige tan at the top and it kind of goes into a tanish green color down at the bottom of the sleeves. There’s some tie dye in the top part of the tan as well

I would say this top/dress is so generous it would fit W30 plus! It’s extremely roomy! But the ties are nice so you can cinch it in if you want to 😉 I will accept any offer on this lol I just wanna sell it so if you love it, I will give you a deal ☺️
