Designed in Benicia CA and manufactured in Hong Kong, Vanite Couture is known for their fun pleated clothing in vibrant artistic prints. This one features a high neck, long or wrist length sleeves, flowy swing style, and side slits. Worn once to an event so condition is used excellent. There are a few little dots in the lighter parts of the print, but these are in the fabric and not flaws. These are very rare and hard to find on the pre-loved market!
