*Accepts all reasonable offers Rubie's Costumes | Size Teen Worn twice, great condition and nice material. This is a teen-sized Dorothy costume that could also fit an adult extra-small. The sleeves don't stretch, but the waist does, and the neck opening is 14-inchs when velcrod at top. There's a small stain on the collar. 32" long with tule skirt underneath. Tag is on the inside. Comes with two light blue ties for the hair but are very curled in.
