Oversized 70’s style Floral Blouse Tunic Burgundy

This is a very oversized large— meant for a tunic look or perhaps a great maternity piece. I thought it was true vintage when I pulled it, but it is actually modern with the cool 70’s gather line along the chest. Sleeves can be buttoned up to the elbow or rolled down.
