Italy size 46, which is around a US 10/12 Please see measurements of jacket: Armpit to armpit when buttoned: 19" Sleeve length 24" Length (shoulder to bottom) 21" Condition: Several small spots of discoloration on jacket, and some tiny spots of wear on the right sleeve, and small discoloration spot next to the collar. I'm not sure if the spots will come out with professional cleaning.
