The material I think could be mohair. It’s similar to a tweed plaid print with a gorgeous deep teal green/blue with white tan gray colors woven throughout. Tried to capture colors in pics. The 2 buttons are a vintage fruit buttons. Has side pockets. Possibly handmade.
