Yes, I would say they are a solid 10. I wear a 9 in shoes, 9.5 in boots. I can sometimes get away with a 10 in boots with thick socks and inserts. These are loose with sports socks. I love red boots but these are a little too flashy for regular nights out. I love the square toe and lower heel for comfort however, so I will keep them if I don't sell them at this price.
