Issa London Silk Jersey Halter Dress

Jewel toned feather inspired print on stretch silk jersey, excellent condition. See photos for three small spots on back - have not tried to treat and are inconspicuous when wearing the dress. Fits size US 4-6 best, tagged US 8 and runs small. Measurements laid flat and unstretched: Bust/waist 15” - tricky to measure as the halter has shaping to provide room at chest. Would recommend for someone with 30-32” band size and up to a C-D cup. Overall length from center back (hits where bra band would be) 30” Halter length from neck seam to deep V 18”
