Material content tag is missing, but I purchased this knowing that it is certifiably cashmere Measurements: Width: Approximately 8 1/2 inches wide when laid flat. Stretches to about 11 inches. I found that the brim stretches less than other beanies. Fit: Says one size fits most, but would be best for a women’s size xxs-xs or a child’s large.
