Ladybug Chambray Bubble Dress

Such an adorable dress! Chambray bubble skirt with adorable ladybugs and flowers. Love the frail in the white upper part of this dress and the sleeves!! So so cute! The sleeves end just about the elbow. Size 6 but cut small. For reference my daughter (last pic) is 5 but is wearing size 6 clothing since she’s very tall (almost 47”) so this dress is too short on her and too tight up top. I believe this would fit a size 4. NWT *per tag it had leggings but I do not have these. Dress only
