Who is the Artist? Any defects? Is it one-size-fits-all? Does it have 3/4 sleeves or long sleeves?

@lelic0203 I’m afraid I can’t help you very much. I bought this and the other hand painted piece at Woodland Art Fair at least 25 years ago and any info on either artist is long since gone. No defects that I have found. There’s no size tag but I would have been a Large back then. Yes, it has 3/4 sleeves. Both pieces are unique, different from each other, and beautiful.
