Excellent pre-loved condition. These RE Generation by Celebrity Pink are made of cotton spandex. Nice lightweight fabric, high waisted, wide leg pants are perfect for fall. The wash is listed as Acorn. I have noted as chocolate brown, but they are not super dark. So very super soft. Measurements are approximate while lying flat. They do have a little stretch to them, but not a lot. The waistline is 14 1/2 inches The rise is 11 inches The hips measured just below the zipper are 19.25 inches The inseam is almost 32 inches The width of the leg at the hem line is 11.5 inches
