VTG Asian Silk Treasure Box by Yi Lin Arts & Treasures of China. This lovely box is covered in a black, gold, & red fabric. It will hold lots of your treasures. Some ideas are a sewing box, jewelry box, storing keepsake letters or trinkets, music box for children’s small instruments or music CD’s (that’s what I used it for), or a plethora of other uses. The lid is attached in the back and held from falling backward by two gold colored ribbons. There was a sticker inside the top which was removed. It said “Yi Lin Arts & Treasures of China.” The lining is a gold colored satiny fabric. There are a few glue marks from its manufacture. The bottom is covered with a designed paper (shows a little wear - not visible when the box is placed right side up).
