The fabric is flexible and soft so it hugs on nicely. There's lots of cute details in the print. I believe I'm the second owner. It's still in great condition there's no notable flaws that I noticed. Bust 17 - 19 inches Waist 14 - 15 inches Hip Free Measurements are flat lay with a tape measure so they may not be 100% perfectly accurate but pretty close. For best comparison I suggest measuring yourself with a tape measure and cutting the number in half.
