Color is a ivory background with a floral print in a blend of red, orange and pink with dark green leaves and stems. It has a high neck ruffle collar. There are cute little flutter sleeves. The top section is smocked, giving it some stretch. The rest of the material is not stretchy. Closes in back with a single button and elastic loop.
